ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE

- is currently seeking a skilled and reliable
- Engineering Maintenance
to support the smooth operation of our restaurant facilities. This role is ideal for experienced maintenance technicians looking for additional weekend work opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of restaurant facilities and equipment
- Ensure electrical, plumbing, lighting, air conditioning, and mechanical systems operate properly
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Monitor the condition of facilities and report any potential issues
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Support restaurant operations with technical assistance when required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Building Maintenance, or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), and mechanical systems
- Able to identify and solve technical issues independently
- Responsible, disciplined, and proactive
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to perform maintenance tasks
- Available to work every Friday and Saturday
