Engineering Manager

• We are currently looking for an
• Engineering Manager
• for a growing manufacturing plant based in
• Gorontalo

. The position will lead the overall engineering, maintenance, utilities, and technical functions to ensure reliable and efficient plant operations.

The role will be responsible for managing preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, utilities, CAPEX projects, plant improvement, and commissioning activities. The Engineering Manager will also lead a technical team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians, while working closely with Production, HSE, Procurement, and other functions.

• The ideal candidate should have a
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• and at least
• 10 years of experience in engineering or maintenance
• , with minimum 5 years in a managerial position. Experience in
• wood processing, plywood, sawmill, plantation, pulp & paper, biomass, manufacturing, cement, steel, or other process industries
• would be highly relevant.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, project management, and maintenance/reliability expertise are essential.
