- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the maintenance and operation of building and refrigeration/freezer systems.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Lead and coordinate the Engineering team to ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Monitor the performance of utility systems, including electrical, water, compressed air, refrigeration, and other supporting facilities.
- Manage engineering spare parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and cost-effective utilization.
- Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for equipment and facility failures.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards, GMP, food safety, and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, energy efficiency, and maintenance effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in
- Electrical Engineering
- or
- Civil Engineering
- Minimum
- 2 years of experience
- as a
- Maintenance Engineering Supervisor
- Utility Engineering Supervisor
- , or a similar supervisory role in the
- FMCG Food & Beverage Manufacturing
- industry.
- Experience with
- industrial refrigeration systems
- , particularly
- ammonia refrigeration
- is required.
- Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance systems.
- Experience in engineering spare parts planning, inventory control, and maintenance documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
