Requirements

• Candidates with at least a High School degree (SMA), Diploma (D3), or university students currently enrolled are welcome to app
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required skill(s): Teaching English and/or Calistung, time management, and communication.
• Fluent in English; written and spoken.
• Passionate about teaching, patient, affectionate, and enthusiastic about teaching English and/or Calistung to children aged 3–15 years old.
• Familiar with children and teens.
• Eager to continuously learn, work hard, show high dedication, and commit to teaching.
• Has the initiative to introduce the Eye Level program.
• Honest, disciplined, committed, communicative, attractive, creative, hard-working, patient, and tech-savvy.
• Candidates residing close to the center (Pondok Aren) will be prioritized.
• Maintaining a neat yet professional look is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite.

General Responsibilities

Teaching English and/or Calistung to children aged 3-15 years old.

Provide quality academic coaching in a small group setting, according to Eye Level philosophy, methods, curriculum, and individual progress plan.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and staff.
• Motivate and encourage students.
• Grading and maintaining progress reports for each student.
• Performs administrative activities if needed.
• Notify the Center Director of any problems or concerns.
