About the role

Join our dynamic team at PT Concentrix Services Indonesia as an English Live Chat Customer Service Representative. Based in Yogyakarta, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience through real-time chat conversations.

• What you'll be doing
• Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service through
• live chat channels
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
• Actively listen to customer needs and offer solutions to resolve their issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective customer support
• Continuously enhance your product knowledge and stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
• What we're looking for
• Minimumeducation D3/S1
• Preferably have experience as Customer Service in any field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2)
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for problem-solving
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willing to work
• shifting days & hours
• Willing to relocate in Yogyakarta
