Elite Smash Burger is currently hiring English-speaking Waitress / Hostess / or Front of House Staff for our premium burger shop near Padang Padang Beach, Uluwatu.

Because we are located in a busy tourist area, customer service is a very important part of this role. We are looking for someone who can speak confidently in English with international customers, take orders clearly, answer menu questions, and help create a friendly and professional experience for every customer.

• Main Responsibilities
• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional way
• Speak confidently in English with tourists and international customers
• Take customer orders clearly and accurately
• Use the POS system
• Handle cashier and payment duties
• Answer customer questions about the menu
• Make milkshakes and drinks
• Keep the front counter, tables, and customer areas clean
• Help with simple food preparation when needed
• Support the kitchen team during busy peak periods
• Work closely with the team to deliver a great customer experience
• Follow shop systems, standards, and instructions

Requirements

• Strong English speaking ability is required
• Confident speaking with tourists and international customers
• Friendly, kind, and positive attitude
• Bright and bubbly personality
• Well-presented and professional
• Reliable and motivated
• Willing to learn and follow systems
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Previous restaurant, cafe, waitress, hostess, cashier, or customer service experience is a bonus
• Salary & Benefits
• Starting salary: Rp 3,000,000 – Rp 3,500,000 per month
• Plus service charge
• We are a small team with strong potential for really good service charge as we grow
• All tips are shared evenly between team members

• Working Schedule
• 6 days per week
• 1 day off per week
• 7 working hours per day
• Plus 1-hour break
• Rotating early and late shifts to keep the schedule fair for all staff
