Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the operations and performance of the Enrolment Team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals assisting students in their educational and career goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex enrolment and visa cases, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with admission officers to facilitate smooth enrolment processes and timely submission of documents.
- Supervise and improve the visa application process, ensuring compliance with regulations in Australia.
- Stay updated on changing immigration policies to provide accurate guidance.
- Work closely with other teams to enhance the overall student experience and optimize service delivery.
Requirements
- Possess full working rights for Indonesia
- Proven
- experience
- in
- enrolment, admissions, and student visa processes
- , preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong

- international education systems and Australian visa regulations
