Equipment Certification Administrator

Responsible for the efficient management, maintenance, and performance of all equipment within the organization. This includes overseeing the planning, procurement, utilization, and maintenance of equipment standard compliances and to ensure operational excellence, safety compliance, and cost-effectiveness

• What you'll be doing
• Planning & ensuring the coordination of the equipment maintenance
• Prepare and ensure project equipment as per project requirements

Ensuring the equipment maintenance reports, e.g. failure report, monitoring equipment repair (incl. tools / spare parts) for further action required

Maintain and regularly update the equipment date base, including inventory record, manual operating guidelines, closely working with the storekeeper , ensuring the inventory records in date as accurate date

• Coordinating routine inspections, corrective, preventive maintenance and repaired equipment as company and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and maintain all equipment certifications, including in house / internal certification, third party certification.
• Maintain data base (recording, monitoring, updating) equipment certification.
• Coordinate and involve third party audit requirements and process

Coordinate in workshop activities in terms of the equipment maintenance, including ensuring spare parts, tools, equipment are available in the workshop

• Prepare equipment load out list for mobilisation and update returning equipment upon project demobilisation
• Assist and involve supporting the technical requirements.
• Available and ready to involve any project requirements
• What we're looking for
• Energetic and good Health, graduated from bachelor's degree (S1 or Diploma) in engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the offshore or oil and gas industry
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in the use of Ms Office, Excell, power point. Familiar and can work in AUTO CAD
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, English Fluent and good in writting
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
