ESH Environment (Energy) - Factory (Pekalongan)

Tanggung Jawab

• Implement, maintain, and evaluate the Environmental Management System within the company, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with energy management requirements and minimize energy consumption in factory operations, including control of air emissions, as well as water usage and discharge.
• Conduct monitoring, inspections, and analysis of energy consumption, as well as oversee facilities and operational areas.
• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and conservation improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations related to energy usage.
• Make a monthly report consumtion energy for factory and Input the data into system GHG (make a report electricity, dexlite and gasoline usage)
• Ensure the data matches the billing and actual usage
• Analysis energy usage (wasteful or not) and monitoring energy conservation
• Energy equipment management
• Calculating (GHG/carbon) emissions, supporting corporate sustainability programs, reducing fossil fuel consumption, and encouraging the use of renewable energy.
• Preparing audit documents for energy.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably from Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or Environmental Science. Candidates with knowledge of energy and environmental aspects are highly preferred.
• Preferably have an understanding of environmental and energy management, compliance with environmental and energy regulations, and sustainability. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing (factory) environment and conduct field visits as required.
