Tanggung Jawab

• Monitor environmental regulatory compliance in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Manage and maintain environmental monitoring data (waste, water, and air) in the KLHK SIMPEL system.
• Support internal and external environmental audits and inspections (e.g., PROPER, DLH/KLHK supervision, buyers).
• Collect data and assist in submitting environmental reports to government authorities.
• Prepare and manage environmental and energy reports for Headquarters (system/manual).
• Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRADC / JSA).
• Support the development and implementation of safety management systems (e.g., SOP, Permit to Work).
• Perform site safety inspections (construction, equipment, electrical, fire protection).
• Assist in incident investigations and corrective actions (Root Cause Analysis).
• Support contractor safety management and compliance.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Public Health, or related fields.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience (any field, excluding internship); fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of environmental systems and permits (SIMPEL KLHK, PROPER, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of WWTP/IPAL, waste management, and pollution control equipment.
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate level of English (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.
• ESH-related certifications are a plus (not mandatory).
