About the role

• We are seeking an
• ESS Sales Manager

to join the TWS KOREA INC. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in driving new business development and expanding our presence in the energy storage systems (ESS) sector across Indonesia and the Southeast Asian region. As ESS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth whilst promoting Korean ESS technologies and solutions to local and regional markets.

• Key responsibilities
• Identify new customers and develop business opportunities in the Indonesian ESS market.
• Conduct technical sales activities for ESS solutions with local partners and prospective customers.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Review customer requirements and propose suitable ESS system specifications and configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-specific ESS solutions and technical proposals.
• What we're looking for
• Understanding of ESS, battery systems or renewable energy solutions.
• Proven ability to develop new customers, manage existing customer relationships, and prepare technical proposals and quotations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or business development in the ESS, battery, renewable energy, power systems, electrical equipment, or related industries.

• Demonstrated success in identifying new market opportunities and closing significant business deals
• Strong understanding of the ESS, renewable energy or related industrial markets, with knowledge of key trends and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
• Proven ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and international partners
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Terms & Condition
• Compensation and employment terms are negotiable and will be mutually agreed upon based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
• Annual base salary: USD 24,000–34,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance-based sales incentive will be provided separately.

The employment contract will initially be for 12 months and may be renewed upon mutual agreement and in accordance with applicable Indonesian labor laws.
