PT Wedison is a leading manufacturing company specializing in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, focusing on the development and production of high-quality electric motorcycles. To support the growing electric vehicle ecosystem, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage the strategy and operations of our EV Charging Station network.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with property owners, site hosts (commercial areas, office buildings, shopping malls, gas stations), technology vendors, and government/utility entities (PLN).
Negotiate partnership contracts, licensing agreements, and land leases for charging station installations.
Ensure all installations and operations comply with occupational health and safety (K3) standards, national electrical regulations, and legal requirements.
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business/Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience in EV charging infrastructure, electrical utilities, or the EV automotive industry.
In-depth understanding of EV Charging infrastructure (AC/DC fast charging, OCPP protocols, and charger application/payment system integration).
Strong knowledge of national electrical regulations and electrical installation safety standards.
