Event Manager / Assistant (Freelance)

• Event Manager(s) + Event Assistant(s) - Bali Silent Disco (Casual / Freelance)
• Location: South Bali - Canggu, Seminyak, Uluwatu, Ubud
• Role Type: Casual - each event typically runs for 3-8 hours
• Salary: hourly rate, 50,000 IDR - 75,000 IDR including travel
• Event times: we are a rental conpany, so we host events at various times and days of the week - each event is different!

Bali Silent Disco , a leading rental company specializing in weddings, wellness events, after parties, kids parties, private events, outdoor movies and conferences is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Event Manager(s) and Event Assistant(s) to join our team.

The Role

We are looking for dynamic Event Managers/Assistants (multiple roles) who can bring creativity, organization, and excellent customer service to our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of silent disco events (DJ events, wellness, weddings, kids parties, festivals etc)
• Manage technical equipment (training provided)
• Collaborate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Oversee on-site event setup, operation, and breakdown
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality or
• Wedding or nightlife industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and late nights and early mornings
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
