You will drive sales & Marketing roles, develop client relationships, personal assistance to Directors level and identify new business opportunities with a hybrid working style that emphasizes time management. The target market would be in government institutions, military, police, private sectors both financial & non financial, energy & mineral, etx.

This role is crucial within our organization and requires a mature, professional approach with minimal supervision. You will report directly to the Director.

Requirements

• Female min age 24 max 35 years old
• Familiar with documentation for business proposal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
• Previous experience in account management or sales role is a plus
• Ability to handle dan strategies the social media accounts in order to upselling
• Digital marketing Skill is plus
• Be able to work under pressure with target minded (KPI)
