• Support achievement of H1 Company Revenue Target

Check usage for AWS customer every month (GKM, IKPP, PSLA PLAI, etc), do the billing to the customer so the achievement will be recognize, upselling to existing customer so the AWS consumption increase (dari customer tidak ada additional project?, bertanya customer bisa bantu apalagi dari AWS team SWO)

Make sure the existing customer not terminate their AWS account to us (Kritik dan saran dari portal SWO)

SLA for invoicing from usage release from MCOE no more than 15-30 days, make sure document complete before invoice (Tan Megah, Persada Subur Makmur --> ini harus kirim informasi). Siloam, AXA? --> kita bisa posting PPI tapi takutnya kita tidak bisa tagih --> Terminate atau gimana?. Kurs bagaimana? Karena untuk update tidak bisa. PLAI bisa digabung gak ya?

• Coordination with BDM until PO customer received with average < 25 days.
• Clearance ID-SCO validity in NAV with average < 15 days
• Onboarding new AWS customer: 3 customer until on board AWS with SWO ID

Generate AWS opportunities with status "Confirmed" by customer and AWS Opportunites registered and monitored in ACE (min criteria 60% above) for Focus Account

• Helping on raising purchase price request to global
• Goal II
• AWS Credential: Attend AWS Training and Obtain AWS Accreditation with status Passed
• AWS training need to pass 1 training (CPE --> harus diambil dan lulus)

• Marketing campaign for AWS
• Email blast untuk misal engage sama ISP apa

Notes

• Working with BDM for update usage AWS per month
• Working out with FSCC for reconcile billing and make sure invoice post on NAV ID
• Working out with MCOE in billing customer every month
• What we need to see from you
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Background in Technology Licencing or Services
• 5+ years in a Customer Success, Sales, Account Management or similar role
• Understands the processes of quote and order management, onboarding a client and after sales.
• Deep IT know how / / knows the (IT) megatrends in the corporate market
• Experienced in IT Service Management or Service Delivery and the corresponding processes, good understanding of processes (e.g. ITIL)
