Requirements

- Minimal D3 majoring in any discipline
- Experience 1 year at Freight Forwarding Industry in documentation department
- Good knowledge in Export - Import procedure.
- Computer proficiency and familiar with the internet
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Can join immediately
Job Description
- Create booking to Vendor/ Shipping line
- Create document template Bill of Lading or SI.
- Checking draft BL until Bill of Lading can be issued.
- Submit data EDI (PEB/PIB), manifest for Customs.
- Checking data EDI (PEB/PIB)
- Checking HS code.
- Cargo monitoring.
- Handling complain/ problem shipment.
- Reporting, ETC
