About the role
This role involves managing end-to-end import and export processes, including shipment preparation, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery coordination.
- Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import and export processes, including shipment preparation, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery coordination
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of import-export documents
- Coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance processes
- Monitor shipment progress from supplier origin until arrival at warehouse/factory, including tracking delays or potential issues
- Ensure HS Code classification, import requirements, and customs documentation comply with Indonesian regulations
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, agent and overseas teams regarding shipment schedules, documents, and import-export matters
- Handle and resolve issues related to customs clearance, document discrepancies, shipment delays, or regulatory requirements
- About you
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Import, Custom Clearance, International Logistics, or Supply Chain operations
- Experienced in handling import processes, customs clearance, and coordination with PPJK/freight forwarders
- Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, import-export procedures, and related documentation
- Familiar with import-export documents such as PIB, PEB, Invoice and HS Code
- English proficiency is required
