External Counselor

• Provide
• consultation and guidance sessions
• for clients, including schools, universities, and organizations, related to assessment results and student development needs.
• Interpret and communicate
• assessment results
• clearly and effectively to various stakeholders, including students, parents, educators, and institutional representatives.

Facilitate discussions to help clients connect assessment outcomes with students’ learning needs, personal development, career interests, and educational planning.

• Adapt consultation approaches and delivery methods based on the characteristics, needs, and contexts of different clients.
• Prepare informative and engaging
• consultation materials and presentations
• supported by accurate data interpretation and assessment insights.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of assessment and consultation services, while providing relevant recommendations to support client needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in
• Psychology or other relevant fields related to assessment, education, or counseling
• Minimum
• 2–3 years of experience
• in assessment, counseling, education, or related fields.
• Experience in providing consultations, mentoring, or presenting assessment results to clients.
• Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, including
• schools, universities, organizations, students, parents, and educators
• Strong understanding of
• cognitive ability assessments, career interest assessments, personality assessments, and other relevant assessment tools
• Ability to interpret assessment data and connect insights with students’ learning needs, personal development, and educational planning.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver information clearly and effectively to different audiences.

• Strong digital literacy and proficiency in presentation tools to create informative and engaging materials.
• Client-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in dynamic environments.
