EYE CLINIC - Senior Representative Office Manager (Indonesia)

About the role

A prestigious, premier ophthalmology group based in Singapore's leading medical hubs is expanding its commercial footprint in Indonesia. This is an executive-level Business Development role. You will serve as the commercial lead in Indonesia, leveraging your deep network within the local healthcare ecosystem to drive high-value patient referrals to top specialists in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Market Expansion: Design and execute strategic B2C and B2B initiatives to acquire new patients and expand the medical tourism pipeline from Indonesia to Singapore.

Ecosystem & Network Building: Develop, maintain, and expand a strong referral network comprising premium insurance agents, medical concierges, corporate partners, and healthcare facilitators.

Brand Representation: Act as the primary ambassador at high-profile travel expos, medical tourism fairs, and luxury healthcare networking events.

• Domestic Outreach: Conduct targeted domestic travel across major Indonesian cities to establish new partnerships and generate client leads.
• About you
• Proven track record and background working with top-tier Indonesian eye care institutions.
• Active, high-value network among medical concierges, premium insurance agents, and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) client circles.
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) to interface seamlessly with doctors, management, and stakeholders in Singapore.
• Willingness to travel domestically and work flexibly to drive growth targets.
