F & A GM

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable universities
• Min 15 years of experience in relevant field with at least 5 years as F & A General Manager or 2 years as F & A Director in large group of companies
• Preferably candidates who has experience in reputable Accounting Firm with Manufacturing Clients portfolio
• Have good analytical and investigate skill
• Good personal and interpersonal communication skill
• Able to work effectively with self-driven personal
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)

KEY AREA RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership to finance, accounting and tax areas of the organization
• Ensure good control in finance , accounting and tax  related activities
• Direct and coordinate the preparation of monthly financial statement and analysis, audited consolidated financial statements and handle tax & customs audit in accordance with Indonesian Taxation & Customs Laws
• Provide budget (yearly basis and mid yearly revised) and analysis
• Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing strategy to improve results
• Other ad hoc reporting and analysis as assigned
