About the role

This role involves maintaining primary documentation, processing product write-offs, managing inventory, and preparing financial reports for a restaurant operation.

• Key responsibilities
• Enter primary documentation (invoices, receipts, and other documents) into the accounting system
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the documents being processed
• Process product write-offs in accordance with established procedures
• Monitor write-offs and ensure their justification
• Participate in inventory checks in the warehouse and dining area of the restaurant
• Prepare reports on the results of inventories and analyze discrepancies
• Prepare reports on inventory movement and write-offs for management
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information
• About you
• Experience as an accountant, preferably in the food service industry
• Knowledge of accounting principles and primary documentation
• Proficient in accounting software
• English language proficiency at least at B1 Pre-Intermediate level
• Attention to detail and a high degree of organization
• Ability to work in a team and effectively collaborate with colleagues
