Job Description

• Manage and monitor daily facility operations to ensure project and office activities run smoothly.
• Handle asset and inventory management, including recording, monitoring, and controlling company assets.
• Manage procurement activities, from identifying operational needs to coordinating purchasing processes.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding facility and operational requirements.
• Prepare and monitor operational budgets and cost control to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Handle facility-related administration, documentation, and periodic reporting.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, including coordinating and escalating issues to relevant parties when required.
• Conduct site visits and field coordination according to project requirements and ensure operational needs are properly fulfilled.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure services are delivered according to agreed requirements and standards.
• Support other Facility Management and General Affairs operational activities as required.

Requirement

• 1.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Facility Management, General Affairs, Administration, Procurement, or a related position.
• Good understanding of facility operations, asset & inventory management, procurement, and vendor administration.
• Possess budgeting and cost control skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and vendor/client coordination skills.
• Demonstrate strong ownership and sense of urgency, with the ability to work in a dynamic operational environment.
