- Role
- ▪️ Drive daily factory operations to meet production & delivery targets
- ▪️ Lead coordination across Engineering, Supply Chain, QA, and Maintenance
- ▪️ Monitor & improve KPIs (productivity, efficiency, quality)
- ▪️ Handle troubleshooting & root cause analysis
- ▪️ Drive Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- ▪️ Support maintenance planning & reduce downtime
Qualification
- ✔ 5–8 years experience in manufacturing (hands-on role)
- ✔ Strong background in mechanical / electrical / fabrication / assembly
- ✔ Proven experience working on the shop floor (not only reporting role)
- ✔ Strong understanding of production flow & cross-functional operations
- ✔ Experience in Lean Manufacturing / TPS / TPM / Six Sigma
- ✔ Familiar with ISO standards & factory audits
- ✔ Strong execution, leadership, and problem-solving mindset
