Responsibilities
- Research global fashion trends, seasonal themes, colors, fabrics, and market movements
- Develop fashion concepts and commercial collections aligned with international brand standards
- Create sketches, mood boards, technical drawings, and design specifications
- Collaborate with merchandising, buying, and production teams
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, and materials for each collection
- Monitor sample development, fitting sessions, and product quality
- Ensure collections meet brand identity, customer preferences, and market demand
- Participate in product development discussions and seasonal planning
- Support styling direction for campaigns, catalogues, and product presentations
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in fashion retail or apparel industry
- Strong understanding of international fashion trends and commercial fashion market
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software
- Strong creativity, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail
- Able to work in fast-paced retail environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Portfolio submission is mandatory
- Experience handling international fashion brands will be an advantage
