- We’re putting together our dream team, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a
- Female Barista Crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and customer areas
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and surfaces regularly
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory checks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- High level of cleanliness and attention to detail
