Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
• Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and customer areas
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and surfaces regularly
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory checks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• High level of cleanliness and attention to detail
