Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking industry.
- Understanding of banking business processes and products.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Able to create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with business users and IT teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is an advantage
