About Us

Icon Host Bali is a professional property management company operating in Bali since 2017. We currently manage over 200 properties across the island.

We are looking for a responsible, confident, and well-presented Field Representative to visit selected properties and collect contact information from property owners or responsible persons.

• Job Responsibilities
• Visit properties at locations provided by our company.
• Complete approximately 15-20 property visits per week.
• Communicate politely and professionally with staff, security, administrators, or other people on-site.
• Identify the person responsible for property rental, ownership, or management.
• Collect contact details of property owners, managers, construction supervisors, or other relevant decision-makers.
• Submit collected contacts and brief visit reports to our team.

Important: This is not a sales position. You do not need to sell services, negotiate, or close deals. Your main responsibility is to find the right contact person and share their details with our team

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous professional experience in hospitality, real estate, customer service, sales, administration, or a similar field.
• Good educational background is preferred.
• Professional, neat, and presentable, with confident and polite communication skills.
• Responsible, independent, and able to handle different situations.
• Good knowledge of Bali and its local areas.
• Own motorbike and valid driving license.
• Fluent Indonesian language skills. English is a plus.
