The Position

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play an important role in ensuring healthcare professionals and laboratories can operate with confidence, helping support better outcomes for patients across Indonesia.
Your Opportunity
As a Field Service Engineer based in Semarang, you will be responsible for delivering technical service and engineering support across Roche Diagnostics’ laboratory network. You will support instrument installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service activities to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Perform installation, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance for Roche Diagnostics analytical systems within the assigned territory
Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to maintain strong service relationships and support continuous improvement initiatives
Who you are
You are a proactive and customer-focused technical professional who enjoys solving problems and working in a dynamic field-based environment. You are able to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers.
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electromedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical fields. Candidates with an Associate Degree (D3/D4) in Teknik Electromedical or related technical fields are also encouraged to apply, particularly those with strong hands-on technical experience in the diagnostics, medical device, or healthcare industry
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical service, field service engineering, or equipment maintenance, preferably within the medical diagnostics, healthcare, or medical device industry
Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
