Job Description
- Ensure that all accounting records comply with PSAK/IFRS and internal policies.
- Responsible for monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Manage the company’s cash flow and financial planning for both short- and long-term needs.
- Monitor budget performance (budget vs actual).
- Provide other financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Supervise accurate calculation, reporting, and payment of monthly and annual taxes (PPN, PPH unifikasi, SPT Tahunan).
- Handle tax audits and disputes.
- Provide data and reports required for external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Retail industry background is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Experience with audits and regulatory reporting
- Experienced in using NetSuite and other ERP systems
- Holds Brevet A & B certification
