Finance & Accounting General Manager

We are a multi-brand distribution group specializing in Power Equipment, Machinery, and related industrial products, with nationwide operations serving customers through dealer networks, direct sales, company-owned retail stores, project-based sales, and government and institutional tenders.

• And we are seeking an experienced & commercially minded person for the position:
• Finance & Accounting General Manager

To lead the company’s finance, accounting, taxation, treasury, budgeting risk management, credit control, and business control functions while serving as a strategic partner to management in driving profitable growth, optimizing cash flow, managing financial risks, and strengthening overall business performance.

• Key Highlights
• Lead the company's Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Credit Control, and Business Control functions.
• Act as a strategic business partner to management by providing financial insights, performance analysis, and recommendations to drive profitable growth.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across all business units.
• Drive commercial finance initiatives, including profitability analysis, pricing strategies, rebate programs, and investment evaluations.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and funding strategies to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
• Establish and enforce credit risk management policies, customer credit controls, and receivables management to minimize financial exposure.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, corporate governance requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Lead, develop, and transform the finance organization through process improvements, digitalization, ERP optimization, and talent development initiatives.
• KPI to be fulfilled: Financial Reporting & Compliance; Treasury & Cash Flow Management; Credit Risk Management & Receivables Control; Commercial Finance & Business Control; Process Improvement & Organization Development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, CFA) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), taxation, treasury, and corporate finance principles.
• 10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role in distribution/ trading/ industrial products/ manufacturing/ FMCG industries.
• Experienced in supporting commercial decision-making in a distribution, working in organizations with customer credit-based sales and complex working capital requirements, leading ERP implementation, managing annual budgeting- forecasting-reporting-audits-taxation-and cash flow planning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Executive Management teams.
• High integrity, professionalism-and accountability-strong, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site at Pasar Kemis, Tangerang.
