Fas a Fas is a French-inspired bakery and café based in Ubud, Bali. We serve our community through a welcoming café space and a growing wholesale business. Our values center on quality, sustainability, and creative collaboration—and we’re looking for an organized and enthusiastic intern to join our team starting December 2024 or January 2025.

Role Overview

As a Finance & Accounting Intern, you will play a key supporting role in managing the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business. This position offers hands-on experience across both our café and wholesale channels within a dynamic, purpose-driven F&B environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Administrative & Financial Support
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
• Assist with inventory tracking, scheduling, and supplier coordination
• Update internal checklists, forms, and operational documentation
• Help manage databases for wholesale clients and product records
• Accounting Support
• Record and reconcile daily café and wholesale sales data
• Assist in preparing, issuing, and tracking wholesale invoices
• Organize receipts, payment records, and petty cash logs
• Support the preparation of monthly financial summaries and reports

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Accounting, Finance, or Business program
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (experience with accounting software is a plus)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Based in Bali, preferably in Gianyar or nearby areas
• Interest in the food industry or sustainability is a plus
