We are an established and growing restaurant business located in Uluwatu, Bali, seeking an experienced, highly organised and trustworthy Finance & Accounting Manager to take responsibility for our financial management, reporting, cost control and accounting systems. Our business already has an established team, consistent customer flow and daily operations in place. We are now focused on strengthening our financial structure, improving profitability, controlling expenditure and implementing professional financial management procedures. This is a dedicated financial management position, separate from our General / Operations Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with our operational management team while reporting directly to the business owners.
Key responsibilities
Manage and reconcile all company bank accounts, daily POS sales against cash, card, QRIS and bank settlements, and GrabFood and GoFood transactions, commissions and payments
Manage supplier invoices, payment schedules and accounts payable, and prepare and verify supplier payments in accordance with company approval procedures
Monitor cash flow, financial transactions and outstanding liabilities, investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate, transparent financial records
Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets, develop cash-flow forecasts and financial projections
Analyse revenue, expenditure and overall business profitability, and calculate return on investment (ROI) for equipment purchases, business improvements and future opportunities

Monitor financial performance against budgets and targets, identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary expenditure and improve profitability
Calculate individual menu-item costs, including ingredients, packaging and other relevant expenses, and monitor food costs, cost of goods sold (COGS) and gross profit margins
Prepare accurate monthly profit and loss statements, produce weekly financial performance summaries, and present clear financial information and practical recommendations directly to business owners
