EBID is looking for a detail-driven Finance & Accounting Officer to strengthen our finance team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations accurate, compliant, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Month-End Closing & ReportingPrepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.Accounts Payable & ReceivableReview and process AP/AR transactions.
Resolve payment or documentation issues with internal teams and vendors.Tax ComplianceReconcile and submit monthly VAT reports. Liaise with tax consultants for monthly tax filings.
- Prepare external invoices for tax submission.Audit & DocumentationMaintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
- Support external audits by providing required data and explanations.
- Regulatory ComplianceStay updated with Indonesian tax and accounting regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.
What You’ll Bring
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in accounting/finance roles.
- Experience with tax reporting and audits is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal, or SAP. Solid knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian taxation.
- Core Strengths: High attention to detail, strong analytical & problem-solving skills, integrity, and excellent organization.
- Work Style: Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
