- We are looking for a Finance professional to manage cash flow, payments, and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Record daily financial transactions (submission, payment, and filing).
- Prepare monthly financial statements for internal use and Head Office, including Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and Sales Reports.
- Reconcile accounts and account balances.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Calculate, process payments, and prepare reports for PPh Article 21, PPh Article 23, PPh Article 4(2), and Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Reconcile tax reports with financial statements.
- Monitor updates and changes in tax regulations.
- Prepare supporting documents for tax audits and examinations.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and tax authorities when required.
- Coordinate with related business partners (vendors/suppliers and customers).
- Ensure accounting records comply with applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare and issue invoices and tax invoices.
- Monitor and control monthly and annual budgets.
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
- Good understanding of taxation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and having good communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
