About the role
We are seeking a Finance Staff member to join PT Trialogix Integra Perkasa on a contract basis. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the financial accounting and reporting functions of our organisation. Based in Surakarta, Central Java, this role is essential to ensuring compliance with financial regulations and providing reliable financial information to stakeholders. You will work within our finance team to deliver high-quality accounting services that support the strategic objectives of the company.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Requires 2–3 years of experience in financial administration or accounting.
- Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
- Financial Management: Proficiency in cash flow management, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliation.
Taxation and Compliance: Basic to advanced knowledge of local corporate tax regulations (e.g., PPh and PPN in Indonesia) and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced Excel: Mastery of spreadsheets, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
- Core Competencies (Soft Skills)
- High Integrity: Absolute honesty and discretion when handling confidential company financial data.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to identify financial risks, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry and financial reporting to avoid costly compliance errors.
Job Description
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash inflows and outflows, manage petty cash, and process vendor payments (Accounts Payable).
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to executive leadership.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecast future revenue and expenses.
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and market risks.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure all financial practices comply with local regulations and corporate policies; act as the primary liaison for external auditors.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior finance staff and accounting clerks.
- Strategic Planning: Advise management on investment decisions, funding strategies, and long-term financial goals.
