Finance Accounting

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in accounting, economy or related degrees;
• At least 2 years of working experience in the same field, preferable at Japanese company culture;
• Proficient in basic English both writing & speaking;
• Good interpersonal, analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to details;
• Ability to adapt, organize team and influence other people;
• Strong knowledge of accounting system;
• Strong knowledge of audit process and financial report of the company;
• Good understanding of basic taxation regulation in Indonesia;
• Having Brevet A and B certification is preferable;
• Having experience operating Jurnal.id System is preferable.

Job description

• Manage company's financial matters e.g. cash flow, time deposit, bank accounts etc;
• Manage A/P of the company;
• Manage regular payment to vendors, bank & related parties;
• Review payment and reports of the company;
• Create journal entries based on the transaction of company;
• Ensure that the company's daily journal entries recorded properly and correctly;
• Communicate with tax staff and related companies;
• Manage and monitor workshop and general cost reports (Cost Control and Credit Card report);
• Support overall finance and accounting administration, including filing and documentation;
• Maintain regular coordination with our partners and sister companies related to financial matters.
