Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Job Description

• Manage cash flow, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank transactions, and payment processes
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial performance reports
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Monitor budget planning, expense control, and cash flow projections to support business operations
• Ensure timely monthly closing and year-end closing processes
• Oversee tax administration and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and reporting deadlines
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal departments regarding financial matters
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate the Finance & Accounting team to ensure work quality and timely completion of tasks
• Maintain effective internal controls and ensure proper documentation of financial records for audit purposes
• Identify opportunities to improve financial procedures, accounting systems, and operational efficiency

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, cash flow management, and taxation
• Familiar with general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or Linux, Kingdee, YPMS systems
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
