Job Description
- Oversee and manage daily finance and accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and cash flow management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting, compliance, and reconciliations (PPh, PPN, and annual corporate income tax).
- Monitor budget utilization, perform variance analysis, and report financial insights to management.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting team.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners.
Lead and drive the adoption of AI and automation tools in finance and accounting to improve accuracy, efficiency, and insights, including process improvement, workflow, digitization, and data analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior capacity (FMCG background is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of PSAK, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Proficient in accounting software/SAP systemsand advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, ChatGPT, Excel AI tools, or similar).
Strong Interest and capability to identify, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions in finance (e.g., automated reconciliations, data analytics, reporting, forecasting).
