We’re looking for a finance leader who can turn accurate financial information into better business decisions, manage the company’s financial resources with discipline, and continuously find smarter ways to make finance work.
- As our
- Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager
, you’ll lead Accounting, Tax and Business Control while building a more digitally driven Finance function through better systems, Odoo, automation and AI.
- This role is for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving the way things work, and building a team that management can rely on.
- Outcomes You’ll Be Responsible For
- Ensure financial information is accurate, timely and reliable for management decision-making.
- Maintain healthy cash flow, improve financial planning and provide meaningful analysis for major business decisions and investments.
- Ensure strong financial control, disciplined spending and effective use of the company’s financial resources.
- Drive tax efficiency while maintaining compliance, in coordination with external consultants across our markets.
- Make Finance more efficient by improving Odoo, reducing unnecessary manual work and introducing practical automation and AI solutions.
- Build a capable, accountable and continuously improving Finance team with strong processes and controls.

Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a Finance, Accounting & Tax function and team.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting, taxation, cash flow management, budgeting and financial analysis.
Experience managing business processes through an ERP system; Odoo experience is a plus, or you are able to learn and master new systems quickly.
- Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, with a genuine interest in using technology to work more efficiently.
- Good English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with international consultants and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn financial data into clear and useful business insights.
