Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise financial operations for multiple group entities
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Handle financial consolidation and intercompany transactions
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including mining-specific taxation
• Oversee tax reporting (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes)
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Establish and maintain internal controls and financial policies
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the mining or natural resources sector
• Strong understanding and knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, particularly in the mining industry
• Experience managing finance for multiple entities or group companies
• Proficiency in accounting software/Accurate System and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA) is an advantage
• Experience with mining operations and licensing (e.g., IUP) is preferred
