• We are looking for
• a detail-oriented FAT Officer

to join the PMI Haircare team and be employed under PT Cel Dev Mulia. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, organization, and timely execution across finance, accounting, and tax activities.

What You’ll Do

Record financial transactions and prepare accurate and timely accounting and financial reports, including cash flow reports, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Handle company tax administration, including the calculation, preparation, payment, and filing of
• PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPN
• , and other applicable taxes in accordance with prevailing regulations and deadlines.

Review and verify transactions and supporting documents before payment processing, and follow up on any incomplete or non-compliant documentation.

Manage and schedule company payments, including operational expenses, BPJS and other statutory contributions, office requirements, meeting expenses, and other company obligations.

• Ensure payments are processed accurately, in the correct amount, and within the required timeline.
• Maintain complete and well-organized financial, accounting, and tax documentation.
• Prepare and submit required reports to relevant internal and external parties within the agreed timelines.

Kualifikasi

• You’re the Right Fit If You
• Hold a
• D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field
• Have approximately
• 2 years of relevant experience
• in finance, accounting, tax, or a similar role.
• Have a good understanding of accounting processes, financial reporting, taxation, and cash management.
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling financial information.
• Are proficient in
• Microsoft Excel
• and comfortable working with accounting or financial systems.
• Have basic written and verbal English skills.
• Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility toward deadlines and accuracy.
