Accounting

• Record journal entries, prepare and submit all supporting document to ERP System
• Prepare and create Offer sheet (Quotation), Proforma Invoice and Invoice to Client and Purchase Order to Vendor using ERP System
• Other basic accounting job, like ledger reconciliation

Tax

• Collecting DGT Form and COR from Vendor
• Collecting Withholding Tax form from client
• Counting Deduction Withholding Tax to Vendor for services item
• Create Tax Invoice / Withholding Tax Form

Finance

• Create and release all payment transactions
• AR Collection to client, controlling and monitoring
• AP Payment to vendor, controlling and monitoring
• Recap and prepare advance and realization with all supporting document for project payment
• Weekly finance budgeting and monitor company cash flow
• Coordinate as company PIC with bank and other financial instiitutions

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Economic / Management
• Minimum 1-2 yeares of experience in similar position
• Strong understanding of business administration, finance and accounting
• Familiar with Tax compliance and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting / ERP software (Zahir, MYOB Accurate, ECOUNT ERP System)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
