We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff to support the company's financial operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, pays close attention to detail, and has a solid understanding of accounting and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions, including income and expenses.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage invoices, payments, and collections.
• Calculate and file company taxes (VAT, Income Tax, etc.).
• Ensure all financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Collaborate with other departments on financial-related matters.
• Calculate and record employee attendance.

Assist in arranging transportation for product deliveries (initially as needed), and later support the preparation of shipping documents (delivery orders) and other related logistics documentation.

Organize and maintain inventory records, manage outgoing shipments, and handle incoming goods.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including functions such as SUM, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Experience with accounting software is preferred.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Holds Brevet A & B Tax Certification.
• Experience using accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal, or similar systems.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
• Working Hours
• Monday to Saturday.
• 08.00 sd 17.00
