- Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in any major; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within an educational environment
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and profit and loss report
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents and prospective families
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation, reports, and school data effectively
