We are looking for Financial Analyst / Business Appraisal Staff
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial statements and assess company performance.
- Build financial models and conduct business valuation (DCF, comparables, etc.).
- Collect, verify, and process financial and operational data.
- Prepare accurate and timely analysis and appraisal reports.
- Conduct site visits to gather business insights and validate data.
- Identify financial risks and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties.
- Present findings clearly in reports and presentations (including in English).
- Ensure high accuracy and meet tight deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or Accounting, with GPA >3.00 (for State University) and GPA >3,30 (for Private University)
- Candidate with D3 certificate must have GPA >3.30 (for State University) and GPA >3,50 (for Private University)
- No work experience required, but preferably candidate with 1‐2 year experience as a Business Appraiser , or specialized in Financial Management or Accounting
- Good Skill(s) in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Pdf, and English (Writing and Speaking,fluently)
- Candidates must working carefully in financial analyze and good in reporting.
- Candidates must be hardworking and persistent at work
- Candidates must be able to work quickly and carefully within a certain deadlines
- Ready for out‐of‐town survey
- Ready to work overtime at working day, and weekend, of necessary)
- Candidate must have a good health.
