About the role
- We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and motivated Finance & Accounting Staff to join our growing team.
- Key responsibilities
- Manage daily sales reconciliation and review cash register transaction
- Handle reimbursements, expenses verification, and bank reconciliation
- Monitor store inventory, conduct stocktaking, and assist with cost calculation
- Prepare monthly financial reports, profit analysis, and cost reports
- Support monthly closing and financial document filing
- Consolidate operational data from both stores and assist in controlling costs and expenses
- About you
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Experience in the F&B or retail is a plus
- Good understanding of basic accounting and financial reporting
- Detail oriented, responsible, and able to work accurately with numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Mandarin language skills are a plus
- Surabaya Based
