Finance & Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping, financial transactions, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and cash flow statements for each brand.
• Monitor operational expenses, food costs, and brand profitability.
• Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections for business planning and investor reporting.
• Ensure accurate tax records and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, particularly VAT (PPN) and income tax (PPh).
• Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records and supporting documents.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in the F&B, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and P&L analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, lookup functions, and pivot tables.
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations, particularly PPN and PPh.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, cash flow forecasting, and financial projections is preferred.
• Experience managing financial reports for multiple brands or outlets is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
