Job Description
- Analyze financial and business performance to identify profit leakage, cost inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve profitability.
- Evaluate investment proposals and financial feasibility.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance monitoring to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, product profitability, pricing, inventory, and working capital.
- Develop and implement cost-control measures and business improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop the finance team while providing actionable financial insights to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, Business Control, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a related function, with managerial experience.
- Experience in manufacturing is strongly preferred, particularly in printing, labels, packaging, or related industries.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement.
- Proven experience in investment appraisal, ROI analysis, and financial modelling.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting/ERP systems.
- High integrity, proactive, and able to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
- Willing to work in Jelambar, West Jakarta.
