• Finance Business Partner Supervisor

• Key Responsibilities
• Cost & Expense Analysis
• Analyze standard vs. actual cost variances for materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead.
• Monitor factory operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Prepare financial analyses and reports to support operational and management decisions.
• Business Partnering & Decision Support
• Partner closely with Production, Supply Chain, and other operational departments to improve financial performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Review and validate CapEx proposals through financial feasibility and return-on-investment analyses.
• Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Internal Control & Process Improvement
• Strengthen internal controls over inventory, fixed assets, and manufacturing processes.
• Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum
• 5 years of experience

in Finance, Cost Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Finance Business Partnering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience as a
• Finance Business Partner
• is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory valuation, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is an advantage).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Demonstrates sound business acumen, commercial mindset, and strong cost-saving awareness.
• Able to lead initiatives independently while working effectively as part of a team.
• Confident in working and communicating in English.
